Easy to contact, communicate with and smooth ride
Dealing with Car and Driver Manila was made easy with the good communication of Bruno. The website is easy to use. Just tell them what you need, pick-up, times, etc and it all went smoothly for us. We let them know we were carrying golf bags and no issues.

Excellent Service
I was honestly a little worried at first because it was my first time renting a car and driver, especially by myself. But the service Roy provided was excellent. I have absolutely no complaints. He was very professional, very kind, and made me feel safe the entire time. I truly appreciated how smooth and comfortable the experience was.
Absolutely brilliant
Bruno arranged everything quickly and efficiently over email, the SUV provided was perfect (clean, comfortable and modern) and, the most important part, the driver, Roy, was absolutely excellent. He was charming, friendly and helpful, spoke very good English, and happily accommodated itinerary changes and additions, including an unexpected pre-sunrise start one morning.
I have mobility issues and use a lightweight foldable electric wheelchair, and Roy quickly and efficiently retrieved it from the trunk, opened it out and brought it to my car door at every stop, without making it seem a hassle at all. He just made it a natural part of the trip. Similarly for packing the wheelchair up and putting it in the trunk whenever we returned to the car.
CarAndDriverManila helped make our two week Philippines vacation one of pure happy memories and touring around the main island of Luzon a stress-free pleasure. Being in a Country I am not familiar with, with a language I don’t speak, I had 48 hours to have a mini adventure. After pricing out how to get to locations with hotel service, I saw this company online for a much more reasonable price and read the reviews and they were good so I took a chance. Thank goodness I did on time, kind, professional. I had 2 drivers Elroy and Edwin, and coordinated with Bruno. I changed my mind a few times for timing, and day each change was supported and accommodated. There was rain, there was traffic, there was an indecisive worrier, and both drivers went out of there way to make the journey a good one. There was an added a stop as a good photo op, us singing in the car (of course asked if the music was ok first), and a drop off the following day of a water bottle i left in the car. I did not ask for the extras, but the thoughtfulness was amazing. Thank you again for making my mini vacation start in the car vs the location.

We had a fantastic experience with Car and Driver Manila. Our trip from BGC to Masungi Georeserve and back was incredibly smooth. The car was spotless, and Edmond, our driver, was punctual and very efficient. He navigated the streets expertly, ensuring we arrived on time and safely. A team member also accidentally left his phone in the car, but Edmond went out of his way to return immediately so I could retrieve it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and professional service!
Honestly the best thing happened to me in Manila
The overall experience was amazing. Our driver, Mr.Roy, was really nice, Knowledgeable and helpful, overall experience made us wanna use this service again. Even if I had hired a car for self drive I wouldn’t be comfortable that much good was the service provided.
I’m coming back again in 6 months will let you know in advance for getting same car and driver.
