Where will my driver meet me at NAIA?

Due to very high congestion in the greeter areas at all Manila Airport terminals, our driver will not meet you inside the terminal. After collecting your luggage, clearing customs, and handling any currency exchange or SIM card needs, please contact our driver via WhatsApp or Viber and proceed directly to the designated curbside pickup area. This process ensures a prompt and efficient transfer, minimizing your wait time and exposing you to the heat and humidity. We will email you the detailed instructions 2-3 days before your arrival. 

What flight details should I provide?

Please let us know the airline, flight number, arrival date, scheduled arrival time, arrival terminal, main contact name, total number of passengers, and a mobile number with WhatsApp or Viber if possible. Also helpful is a luggage count, such as x-number of suitcases, x-number of balikbayan boxes, and the x-number of cabin carry-ons. 

What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?

Please let us know if your flight departure is delayed. We track your flight in real time and adjust your driver's arrival time at the terminal accordingly. Don't worry—we will be there no matter how late your flight is, and we never charge extra fees for delays.

How long will the driver wait after my flight lands?

For your peace of mind, we monitor your arrival and include unlimited wait time while you clear customs and immigration. We will email you detailed pickup instructions, along with your driver’s photo and the vehicle's make, color, and license plate number.

What is included in the airport pickup price?

Our quote always includes the private vehicle, driver, fuel, expressway tolls, airport parking, waiting time, and taxes. Never any additional charges.

Can I request child seats, extra stops, or accessibility assistance?

Philippine law requires children 12 and under to use a proper car seat or booster seat matching their age, height, and weight unless they are at least 150 cm tall. To help us prepare for your trip, please let us know:

- Does this car seat requirement apply to your group?

- Does anyone in your travel party have mobility issues or requires special assistance? 

Note: a quick stop at a 7-Eleven for water/snacks, etc., is absolutely fine
